The management team completely changed to Chamberlin and Associates late 2021 - early 2022. The old team was perfect while the new team is complete mess: amenities closed, noisy street cleaning during early morning hours etc. In addition, they charge nonsense move out fees. In my case, extra carpet cleaning fee while it was professionally cleaned, photos attached. They destroy what was working just fine. Likely there are good variety of apartments around not to deal with Chamberlin and Associates.

The Wyatt is such a lovely property in a good location. One of the best maintained I’ve seen. It’s clean, has a great aesthetic, and the many amenities offered make this place feel like home. They have such a friendly staff, very helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Talk to Yesie, she is the best!

The construction has been going fon or almost a year. Wait until they start across the street. And why have truth in advertising. Ask them about the apartments that were infested with kangaroo rats on the walls.
Supply and demand. Rent it high everywhere currently
