No, and I would recommend a leash at all times, as dogs are popular to walk here. There are also quite a few organized sports activities at any given moment, so off leash and supervised wouldn't be a very good idea either.

No but there is fencing that runs the parameter of the park but it opens up to yamhill street. Half of the park is set up for Disc Golf and the other half is grassy lawn.🌾

Unfortunately there is NO fenced area at this particular park. But dogs are allowed, just gotta be sure to keep your furry friend on his lead. There's a small fenced in area at 162nd & E Burnside, behind the little store. I've taken my furbuddy there before. It's not too bad, bring a ball or frisbee though.
