Marge Johnson, Rent was raised to $700 for a two bedroom. It is not considered a subsidized property. It is however one of the lowest rents in Fenton. Chris is the property manager and is very helpful and kind. He does not put up with riff raff! They are clean apartments. Security doors. No dishwashers and all grills are banned. I suggest you call and speak to Chris our landlord. But to answer some of your questions 2 bedroom is $650 and the inside are nice I suggest you ask to look at them if available also no riff rafts in here
