My husband and I lived at Fairfield Apartments for over 2 years. The only reason we left is because we just bought a house. I've lived in various apartment complexes over the past 12 years and Fairfield was the only one where I felt like we were actually taken care of. Maintenance was always so quick and attentive if we had an issue which was greatly appreciated. Any issue that ever came up, Mark would be at our door within 24 hours to check out the issue. We've enjoyed the community Fairfield has created and suggest it to anyone looking for an apartment in Fenton.

We first moved in and everything was GREAT! Then someone moved in below us and started complaining constantly about my 4 year old daughter “running” to the point she called the police, before the 10pm “curfew”. Well she has multiple nights, which were usually Monday through Friday, of having friends over, LOUDLY partying….way past 10pm……..and WE got a noise violation……..and she bangs on my ceiling when I have been putting dishes away. Really???

Fenton Area Public Schools
The monthly water, sewer and trash is covered with a monthly utility fee. Residents are responsible for gas and electric bills. These are sub-metered and the bills that arrive to you are your actual usage.
Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment.

Appointments are not required to tour our community; however, calling ahead can help ensure that we are available to provide ample time for your tour and to answer any questions that you may have. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to closing to allow for ample time for your tour.
