I was supposed to have 3 small packages delivered to me today he brought two of them early today.The third package I didn't get it! The chicopee post office is doing a horrible job. I can't tell you how many times I get someone else mail. Some of them are so busy on their phones they don't know where their delivering the mail to.When they bring your mail and forget to deliver a package they lie and say no access to delivery location. Even if they just delivered your mail a couple of hours earlier. I can't tell you how many times I get small packages in the mail with a foot print on it. What the hell!

I been living here for 7 years now and the mailman has been delivering my mail no more than midday for the past two weeks he's been delivering my mail after 4 PM close to 5 PM and I had a package the mailman took it and didn't even knock my door but leave me note no one home REALLY. I would like my hours back to deliver my mail.

Well there was two days worth of mail to deliver cause of Sunday and Monday and there is only so much one person can do.
Go to the retail window, tell the clerk u want to send a certified letter , you will be guided from there.

Got to your PO you can file a complaint there.. Just keep in mind, The bulk center sorts the mail. Your carrier only cases it. If its jessed up at the bulk mail center its nit him. While not always as dilagent as in the pass you still get your mail. No I am not a Postal employed my Dad was ,I was PT its a tough job
