Millpond Manor is a Senior 55 plus, Income qualified Community. There are 1-2 Bedroom Apartment's Depending on availability. We are located Down Town Beautiful Fenton Michigan. Close to so many small shops and good restaurant's. Great place to walk on the many sidewalks around the Fenton Millpond. Millpond Manor is Fenton's Best Kept Secret give us a call to set up an appointment. Applications and drop box are located in the vestibule. Hours may differ during covid-19.

Great management and maintenance and residents. Find Mom have the privilege of living here for 5 years until early 2020. I can't say enough about management and maintenance and how well they treat people and how well they keep things up. If there was ever any questions or needs they were willing to help 24 hours a day. The facility is kept extremely and there is sincere caring for all the residents in between presidents as well. I travel a lot for work so I'm in a lot of hotels and this would be equal to 3 star or 4 star hotel with customer ratings of nine or 10. Really is awesome place for a senior to live. The facility is kept locked and there are buzzers to allow family and friends to be buzzed up to the different rooms. The elevator was always fast and always work. Even small stains were quickly fixed on the floors and the facility always smelled nice or neutral which is even better as far as I'm concerned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for my mom and I always felt like she was being taken care of even though was there a couple times a week I always knew I could call you or count on you to fix things if there was ever a problem. So thanks Millpond Manor Fenton Michigan I really sincerely and prayerfully am thankful for you

Parking is difficult to find as management allows area churches to park in the apartment lot of resulting in crowded lot and no parking at times.

I believe they do. I know different people pay different rates. Call Vicky and ask she is very helpful.
We have cable services that run through the building. Each resident sets up their own account and billing.
You have to be 55 or older. Also you have to be under a certain income. You can't have a lot of money to live here. But the certain money income is very easy to get in. Call and talk to Vicky she is very helpful and honest and reasonable.
