Everyone that works here is efficient and friendly, but know that there will always be a line/wait-time. This seems to be more the fault of customers who don’t know what they’re doing, rather than employees. Don’t expect to be in and out quickly, but enjoy the show and be nice to the crew.

Hi John, Yes, we usually have a notary on staff at all times. Currently the cost is $10 per notary signature. Please give us a call at (810) 750-2920 if you have anymore questions.
I believe they do. And it depends who is helping you, sometimes it's free, but they do charge 3.00 per printed pages. Best to call first before driving to be sure
I'm in Fenton and many Charter stores have closed. When I called, the closest location to return all the boxes etc was Davison. Charter Spectrum may have a location search on their website too which you can load your location or zip code etc. Good luck!
Hi sharon! We have several shipping options, including Saturday outgoing Air shipping choices. In order to meet the Saturday shipping deadline, you will need to be in before 11am on Saturday. We can provide choices for Saturday shipping or Tuesday shipping. We are closed on Labor Day.
