I suggest you make an appointment to view the property. What one person. May not like .. may not bother you. To each there own. Good luck! Moving is a pain.. moving to a place your not happy in an even bigger pain
I've lived here for over 2 years, and it's really not that bad. The only real complaints I have are the bugs (like spiders) and the noise level (people have dogs that bark nonstop). The parking seems to be an issue for some people, but there are certain buildings with a lot more parking and many units come with a garage. I'd recommend it overall though.
