I was assisted by Eboni and she did everything in her power to get me in my apartment in a timely matter. Eboni went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and satisfied. The maintenance crew is great, they keep the area clean and tidy. It is a joy to live here.

As a delivery driver this complex is confusing with the numbering sequence. You have to enter the building to see if you are on the correct enterence . Example 315 timber trail apt 207. They have great signage to find the building but you're on your own after that. Just frustrating

Avoid this place at any cost. Horrible management in the last 2 years. Maintenance requests were pending for over 3 months

Depends on which building you're in. Some lots are really packed, with people parking all over the drive/grass. Others have plenty of room for parking. I'd reach out before applying and see if you can get in a building with a more open/larger parking lot.
