They do have a rent to own program. If you're renting a home, you have 5 years to decide if you want to buy it or not. If you decide to buy it after 5 years, they apply a large percentage of your previously paid rent towards the purchase of the home.
There aren't requirements for credit, only income. And they will work with you to get you into what you're looking for also.
If you don't own your trailer rent is consisted of lot rent as well as rent paid for the trailer combined
