Boulevard apartments has been an incredible place that I could call home for a couple years. The complex is nothing short than amazing. Ken, the property manager truly gets to know all of his tenants and is always ready to help whenever you need, maintenance always responds to requests promptly (even same day!), the neighborhood is incredibly safe and quiet, the space is very spacious and comfortable and the team is very friendly! I truly will have to say that Ken is the best property manager I have ever encountered (and probably will ever encounter) and makes living at Boulevard even better! :)

Great place to live, loved the amenities like plenty of parking spots and the pool. Management is also responsive and tries to make things work on both ends. Highly recommend Boulevard for any Oakland students!

I loved living in the Blvd Apartments because I felt like home, I am from Mexico and move in from another country it is not an easy task but our Friend Ken from the Staff of the Blvd apartments made our lives easier to move in, Him with all the beautiful staff create an amazing environment to understand what to do, when, how or even they did it for us, always with a smile on the face and a great gesture. Also Ken always treat us with respect and kindness, our beloved pets also enjoyed Ken treats, he always was nice with our pets, also when something needed to be fixed, they were always available. We need more people like the staff from the Blvd. Apartments, we only left it due to work issues and we did not like the carpet, but when one apartment without carpet is available we will come back.
