Yes and indicate what you know about the property. The only entity that is "allowed" by law to state that they don't know the state of the property are banks. Agents allow their clients to do this incorrectly and no court of Law will excuse that ignorance. The more you disclose will keep you out of trouble. This is contract Law. I just sat in the class.
