Do not recommend!!!! Our mutual client came to them to get pre-approved to buy a home and along the way it was like pulling teeth to get the lender Rebecca to call me with updates with the loan. She would tell the couple their sale is suspended but not call me and tell me and this happened twice in the course of 1.5 months, then the couple sold some property they owned to use as money toward the sale and the deal was initiated through their Equity Trust and so last week it closed and funds were put into their account for the sale, and suddenly THIS LENDER DECLINED my clients funding even with showing the paper trail of the sale. Mike, was Rebecca's boss. He was very professional but couldn't give me why...so, we called a local lender who said NO PROBLEM!! We got this. See ya...bye-e!

After you send over all the required documents, your processor needs to finalize and verify they’re up to date. Once that happens you’ll be clear to close.
Make sure you’re enrolled in either electronic or mailed statements by logging into your Mortgage Center account and following these steps: - Click the Statements & Documents tab. - Click Manage Paperless Statements and update your settings. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to us at 800-353-4449.
