I will say yes, if there are no snags. If there are any snags, then no. Try to gap your connector flights at least one hour apart in the future. Personally, I aim for two hours, so I don't miss anything. I simply refuse to purchase any connector less than one hour. You don't say where you're coming from, but the folks selling tickets usually know what they're doing, so you should be OK. If these airlines are partnered, they are obligated to get you to your destination without any additional fees if you miss the connection due to the short time between flights.
That is a really tight window and if you need to do customs stuff I don't think that you will make it.
