Hi Chuck, You can review the tour summaries and decide which toured you'd like in line. If you want to buy tickets on line it saves you time once at the Castle. The main reception area at Hearst is great. They sell tickets there as well. I'm OCD so I always make reservations when I can. Enjoy it.
