can't I see more than one area with the $25 fee?

After the tour, you can self tour the entire gardens outside until closing, but no other interior rooms. There is an Imax movie included.

Do I have to pay extra money for each tour? Or they are included in the 25 dollar fee?

Each interior area is a separate fee. You can choose from one of three different tours: the main floor, the upstairs floor, or the guest houses.

What hours are you open

we paid to also do the upper suites tour and it was actually more interesting than the lower tour, our guide was super knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and the hearst family

After you pay for your tour, which last about 1 hour. You are free to walk the grounds outside until the last bus leaves to go back to the terminal.
