They'll reschedule your reservation but depends on later tours having openings. Best to try calling ahead to reschedule before openings become more & more filled
They will try to get you on next bus... we had a reservation for 9:30 and they got us on an earlier bus.

No. The bus will leave without you. You'll need to see if you can go for a later tour if they have room available. I think they have maximum number if people per timeslot
