Is there a dump and fill station here large enough for a 44' 5th wheel? UPDATE: This dump and fill station easily fit my 44' 5th wheel.

I disagree, I believe you can fit in the dump station. I saw some pretty big rigs use it. There is water to fill with.

I would say from my experience that there is no way your 5th wheel would fit in the dump station. It isn't a straight shot to pull in and it seems like a really tight fit. This campground doesn't really cater to large trailers and 5th wheels.
