The lower camp sites. Yes. The upper ones, nearest the irrigation canal has been abused and now if you want to risk it, you can make it. Do not run your generator at night Use solar or go to a LTVA. It's a wildlife area not a CG. People come here to chill out and relax. Regulars will make your life difficult if you break simple wildlife area etiquette.
