On 8/20/22 I went to the Ave B store because I needed to upgrade my phone. Luis was very helpful. He was polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He was the only person working at the time, but he greeted each customer and asked what he can do to help them, all the while, he never stopped helping me. Thank you, Luis, your customer service skills are amazing!
