How do you change a mailbox lock? I’m in a condo community and need to change mine. I can’t get it open so the postman must be there. Please help

You might need to talk with the maintenance man of your condo community.

USPS employee here. Talk with your complex. I have had multiple times where complex maintenance guys change out locks while I dleiver mail to get a new resident set up (old tenant didn't turn over keys I'm assuming) if that fails, go to your local station for some more assistance. Lmk if you need any more help
