Turns out they told us that they were out of stock then they told us they lost the paperwork then they said something happened to the delivery driver which delayed all the deliveries. It would have been so much easier if they just told us the truth. So now we're just getting a refund and going somewhere else
Also look in your emails they always send you a receipt
Your credit card should have a reference number for the transaction and the store should be able to use that to help find your purchase.
