In & out quickly. I had went to the Orange Store and they didn't have any 5 gal bottles of water or the blue bag salt crystals I needed for our water softener. So I went to Lowe's and they had both water & salt. I asked the nice young lady what I needed and she had her little scan cards and scanned them both. I picked up my items and was out in less than 5 min. Thank you very much.

I hadnt been here in a while so I was shocked to find NO people working checkout. Instead they have only self-service machines. I hate those. They're anti-labor. Bad public relations. Why should I do the work instead of a paid employee? I refuse to go to any store that uses these devices. No more Lowes!!!

The floor staff is usually very friendly and helpful, however the last several visits here have frustrated me due to the lack of customer service from the cashiers/self checkout staff.

Lowes. I believe has one. If not. Try the Fence Factory on the east frontage rd between Kyle and Buda.

Turns out they told us that they were out of stock then they told us they lost the paperwork then they said something happened to the delivery driver which delayed all the deliveries. It would have been so much easier if they just told us the truth. So now we're just getting a refund and going somewhere else

I work for lowe's. If they don't have it locally have them find and special order it. Will pay more and won't be able to return.
