I asked one of the workers if there shampoo products are really from Japan and she said there from a vendor. So does that mean they are real Japan products or are they fake Japan products?

It's pretty similar to here in the USA. some products are made in Japan, some Mexico and I'm sure it's the same with how they run their business. A lot of the items seems authentic either way.

Most products are the same. The food is Japanese. Johnson and Johnson have different names in other countries for example. There are Japan-exclusive products as well. Just do your homework when you shop. :)

Read the information on the product itself. I found that some of the haircare products are indeed from Japan.
