Mannnn, I’ve been searching for the right fit of a bike shop for me since I moved back to SA a little over a year ago. So glad I finally found one! :) I’m only just learning to start to take care of my bike, and I ask a lot of questions. Where other bike shops have been annoyed or dismissive, I get full explanations and even taught some thing new almost every time I’m in here. Super friendly staff and lots of goodies to choose from. A++

It's always a good experience at bike heaven. Thier bike mechanics are top notch very knowledgeable and do very good work. The customer service staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable they never try to pressure sell like other places. The prices for repairs and parts are very reasonable. Being a Vet I like that they provide military discount for parts. I highly recommend bike heaven. They care for your bike and your safety.

Second experience with the staff at Bicycle Heaven. I can't speak highly enough of them. I brought my track bike in to be overhauled by Hunter. During intake, he was incredibly present while I was going over all of the thing I would like addressed, and was able to repeat it all back to me, which left me beyond confident about it all. During its service, he called to let me know about a specific issue that some other mechanics may have simply band-aided, and took care of in less than a day. He then went above & beyond and serviced my seatpost/clamp for no charge. I can't give my thanks enough!
