I’m going to start off, I have never left a review on a company in my life. This place is a rip off with no customer service. Paid over $900 in kits for my two kids in June, it’s October and I still don’t have my whole order. One of my backpacks was damaged. Was told that we could use the backpack to be told a month later that we needed to leave the damaged backpack with them in order for it to be replaced. It is a poorly run business, and honestly I will find another soccer club that doesn’t use this company before I will spend another cent with them. Be prepared for stress and a headache if you use this company.

They did not get a good job on my son’s jersey. Told us they couldn’t do anything about it. Talked to someone else and said they could. We brought it in then they said they couldn’t so finally got someone to get the jersey fixed. I understand the issue with the jersey is not their fault, but 30+ minutes waiting for them while they go look for it and the communication between each other is not great. I see a bunch of responses to an email to get things fixed but oddly nothing has changed.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but I have had a bad experience with soccer factory. I ordered my brother's uniform from here over a month ago and I have yet to receive any information or update on this order. I've tried calling them and they tell me the same thing everytime, they will call me back but they never do! Most of the time they don't pick up the phone but when they do, they tell me they'll have someone "call me back". This call back never happens. Now, it's getting in the way of my brother's soccer practice and games because he doesn't have his uniforms. This company offers a terrible customer service. I have even tried emailing different people but haven't received any response.

I am infuriated with the lack of customer service from this company! I have emailed repeatedly and even emailed the manager Scott about missing items in my order, but I have yet to hear from someone about my concerns. I’ve also gotten the run around when I’ve called and spoken to someone in the team sales. Someone is supposed to call me back, but nothing!

We do still accept cleats as donations, thank you for remembering. We've never had anyone want to donate trophies, however we would gladly accept them. We are currently working with a club in Africa to get them some cleats and I’m sure they would love the awards if they’re not personalized. Thank you so much for your inquiry.
