Parlour vegan bakery is excellent, but if you're concerned about suger intake, i would still eat these sweets in moderation because the sugar content most of the time it's still high.
There are so many healthy delicious plant based foods out there , Parlour has an amazing variety of great vegan eats . Definately better for ones cholesterol
It's not healthy food, it's desserts with lots of sugar. It's delicious and cruelty-free but not for anybody who needs to be monitoring their sugar levels. They do have salads, sandwiches and empanadas but good luck going there and not leaving with at least a few cupcakes.
Although they use very healthy ingredients still sweet treats...so of course they are DELICIOUS and healthier than any other bakery food but I would eat them with moderation still ... have fun and enjoy hope you daughter gets better pretty soon ... have a great day☺
There are many options. They have really amazing salads and other warm foods like empanadas and pizza rolls. You can definitely get her something not too sugary from here.
