Chances are good that prices will be elevated, similar to the gas and snacks prices, simply for it being one of tge only rest stops around for a while on that stretch of the highway.

I've never had to get things other than fuel and food at one of these places. But, just like how the fuel is 30 cents more expensive per gallon than off the highway, tire service of this sort would likely be more expensive than a local place...
Prices are unknown..but as any convenient state run facility can bet the prices are higher than normal
