Made appointment on line for 4 tires I picked out! They confirmed appointment with the tires I picked out! I get there and they know nothing about my appointment and do not have the tires I picked out!

Great customer service. I got my 4 tires done here. Employees were friendly and answered my questions. I returned again a couple weeks later for an oil change. Again, very enjoyable. I'll be recommending these guys to everyone i know!

Not sure but if you get a diagnostic and they find a problem as long as you decide to use them for the repairs the diagnostic will be waived.
