One star for their self service printing, scanning and copying. They have 4 machines that are reliable. Only one time I had made a purchase at the counter and never received a paper receipt. The unfriendly staff just looks at you at the end. Never received an email copy either and I inputted my rewards number. I will never purchase anything from their register again. Will only continue using self service printing.

HONESTLY ? THIS IS THE ONLY STAPLES I GO TO. HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN TOWN !!!!! THEY ALWAYS COME THROUGH FOR ME WITH LAST MINUTE ORDERS AND I LITERALLY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO ANOTHER STAPLES IN THE 3 YEARS I'VE LIVED IN NJ !!!!! ITS THE PRINTING AND MARKETING CENTER FOR ME !!!!
