I had a great experience. The price for my 100 thousand mile tune up came in way lower than expected and my car is driving like a dream. I also appreciate the top up on my fluids and the amazing Customer Service.

Well, customer service is poor. Being honest and upfront is much better but, I guess not everyone gets that treatment here at this Monro.
