Did you read the fine print? If on the web site it stated the time allotted you to cancel and print it out. Send the information to your credit card provider for services not rendered and stop payment it may cost you $20 from your provider to do this.
Call your bank, I stayed there a few weeks ago for Miami carnival and they never released the deposit back to my account like they said they would, I gave it an additional week even after I left and called them again and they claim it was released when it wasn't, called my bank and got my deposit right back. Definitely will not stay here again, I don't play about my money smh
