If she has checked bags, the easiest thing for her is for you to park, and meet her at the baggage claim for her flight (you can find that info on the arrivals board in the airport or by Google searching the flight # near landing time). Otherwise, pull your car up to the arrivals section for her airline, and have her come out. I wait nearby and have people call me when they get off the plane, and save some time and parking fees
