Where is the office for interviews/finger printing with the Global Entry program? I'll be arriving via United (terminal D). What is the best way to get to the Global Entry office from terminal D?

It's at the International Arrivals Hall, Terminal A West, 3rd Floor. The easiest way there is to remain inside the Airport (do not exit to Baggae Claim yet). Walk along the main concourse connecting the terminals from Terminal D towards Terminal A West. When you reach Terminal A West exit towards Baggage Claim and immediately look for an elevator to the 3rd Floor. The office is a little hard to spot initially but in actual fact it will be right there in front of you. Look for a Customs and Border Patrol sign, etc.
