Economy and take the shuttle
Economy is closed at the moment. You'll have to use one of the off-site parking services. I just started using The Parking Spot and it's good, though there are others to choose from.
I'd use a private off-site facility,many car dealerships near the airport offer them,they are better, cheaper,and bring your car directly to you.
I rent car when arrived at airport.
