There is a parking garage with sections for each terminal that is adjacent to the main building. Ground level is temp parking, upper levels are long term. Terminals are walking distance from there.

It cant be far. Its not a huge airport. I was dropped off but it looked as though parking was fairly close.
Depends on where you park and how much you want to spend.
