They use the tcoil in your hearing aid. You just have to enable it to be able to listen to the audio at the theater.

Hi Bob - The hearing aids do not connect to Wi-Fi. The system is ‘hearing loop.’ Most digital hearing aids are equipped with such and you use the remote to turn it on. Your hearing professional can tell you how to activate it.

How big are the seats? I hate asking but as a large person I'd hate to buy tickets to a show and not fit in the seats. I only ask because I can sit in normal sized seats rather snugly but seats like the theater by the UofU are tiny.
