If I could rate lower I would. They lied to me. I cant get into mylifetpuch account for years now so i havent been able to order my kids pictures. They cant order them over the phone for me OR fix my on online acct. So I have 0 pictures from my kids school for the past few years. They customer service is RUDE and not helpful.

We had a great session but there was a problem with checking out bc the internet was out. The photographer was awesome and apologized multiple times. Couldn't reach the manager for help so I had to go back the next day in holiday traffic when was an 1 hour round trip. Manager didn't apologize, didn't say thank you for coming back, didn't acknowledge the inconvenience, nothing. Been going there for 6 years - no more. This manager just lost us as a customer. My suggestion go to the another JCPenny portrait studio - just steer clear of this one.
