This is Bobbette's husband Rex Withmore. And I'm sorry you feel that way. I don't look at it as a negative review she didnt write anything and she gave you 2 stars. And the sad thing is I've been with All-State for 11yrs. So if you looked up her name and didn't find it, I'd be asking your accountant because they do take it out of her bank account!! But if you want to be negative because she didn't write good amazing things then maybe All-State should offer customer's more ascentive's to get great reviews. But maybe I will be looking for another insurance compan!! Thank you REX

I cannot give enough praise to Curtis Ostler and the Allstate group. We had a garage fire in 2021 and it completely destroyed our garage and caused lots of damage inside the house as well. I was devastated and was sure I wasn't going to get enough money to fix everything (including cars that got totaled in the garage) or have help in the repair process. I didn't even know where to begin with the process of repairing it all. We called Curtis and he walked us through everything and assured us that it would all be ok. He and his team went above and beyond to help us get it all taken care of and repaired to new. I always thought the saying "you're in good hands" was cheesy until I had this experience and truly feel like we are! One of our cars was insured by another company and they were horrible. They wouldn't help at all. We have quickly made the changes, and insure most everything through Allstate. Curtis was heaven sent and we are so lucky to have him on our side!

Allstate has been a great experience. Particularly one of the representatives Aislynne, who was extremely patient and helpful with any questions I had. Aislynne did a great job of helping me through my process, hearing my concerns and resolving my issues!
