So I want to start by saying the people that work in this office have always been polite and easy to work with. I’ve been with these guys nearly 10 years and they have always made quick work of switching out vehicles when we have bought and sold them. But my latest experience with State Farm has been less then Pleasant. Two weeks ago my pick up was damaged in a hail storm. I filed a claim the following Monday. My experience with the claims process hasn’t been easy. It started with having to use their app to get the estimate with the back-and-forth communication taking a week. Then was told they would send somebody out to do the estimate. Now I need to take it to the shop to get the estimate. So I’m at nearly 2 weeks and I still don’t have an estimate it’s a Friday evening so I can’t get it done until Monday really not impressed with how much more frustrating this has made an already stressful situation.

Shopping for renters insurance has been a real pain, so glad I found this agency!
