This place would be wonderful all around if they hired a new director. When the facility starts losing staff as much as this place has, they should really start to look at management. Three people have been fired in one month, and all three were kind and caring people who got on the directors “bad side” I’ve witness the director retaliate not only against her employees but also to the patients here. She has a power trip and it’s very unprofessional. She yells at her staff and patients. I’ve personally seen her get in a nurses faces and yell and then slam doors while I was in a confessional getting my medication. Human Resources should really do an investigation against her and take their patients and employees concerns seriously. Multiple complaints have been made about her behavior and lack of professionalism and yet she still has a job and continues to harass her staff and patients. I can’t recommend this place to anyone as long as she’s still there. I hope this company makes changes soon, or they will continue to fall apart. Patients in recovery need someone caring and understanding, not someone with a power trip and horrible attitude. Take my advice and transfer to Medford treatment center!!

Just needed to add another 1 star rating from another account. This place is not good. I asked my counselor for a take home exception because my grandma was on hospice. She said she’d call me back at noon to tell me if it went through or not. I waited 4 hours for her to call me back which means I missed her death by 2 hours instead of even getting a call at noon to say no, then I could have left then and saw her, but no. Then I waited 45 mins for my counselor to talk to me only for me to go find another counselor and ask her what’s taking so long. She told me they weren’t going to dose me that day in 5 seconds. My counselor met with people that came in after me and sent them on their way just so I could wait 45 mins to find out I wasn’t being dosed that day. DO NOT GO HERE. IT MIGHT BE THE WORST RUN BUSINESS IN THE STATE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT GO HERE.

This clinic is amazing. I found balance in my life. Thank you to all the staff that works there. I know alot of things are blamed on the counaselors and loretta but if any of you have a complaint, take it to lorettas boss who makes the rules. As far as the other staff, you folks are amazing. Thank you for dealing with alot of bull****. I know its gotta be stressful and you need alot of patience to work there, so thank you to all staff.

I used to work at this place and I loved a lot of the patients and learned a lot from them and what they were going through. Many of the staff especially the supervisors were not the nicest. When I first started I didn't even feel welcomed or even had a good training on anything. I feel like they also have a lot of faveoritism with other staffs and have some type of personal issues with some of the staff. The way they talk to their employees is very unprofessional. I was also put through a lot when they decided to do a fake bomb drill. I was pregnant at the time and they emberassed me and fired me right after they did that knowing I was pregnant. I hope they are able to someday find someone who can replace me because from what I can see and from what I've heard they can't due to how they still treat their employees.
