Excellent friendly staff at this YMCA. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as you can be with their excellent facilities. For weight areas a classroom with weight machines several youth areas and a huge swimming pool and therapy pool make this a must-go place for good exercise and community fun!

Join the Medford YMCA and take one of JAMIE’S yoga classes! If you already love yoga or are curious of yoga, Just Do It! Take the first step to transforming your life as a whole with Jamie’s yoga classes. Her style is like no other I have experienced. She will embrace you and hold space for you no matter what level you are, first time or seasoned, she will welcome you and take you on a vibrational experience that the whole entire class will feel so comfortable. She is such a sweet soul and shares her love of healing the body and keeping it strong. During her sessions you will experience a feeling that you are nourishing your whole self, walk out feeling energized and refreshed and take that feeling with you through out your day into wherever your day takes you with a feeling of calm. It is truly a special journey in which everyone should experience. This is a class for you!

I have been taking AnnaMaria’s yoga class on Saturdays at 10:15. It has been the perfect combination of challenging poses with attentive instruction to make sure you are positioned correctly and pushing your limits safely. AnnaMaria’s class is very welcoming for all ability levels- I look forward to the class each week!

Pool and indoor ball court for 13 a month. Sweet. Just 1 of my 3 gym memberships in town. Village has the spa and punching bags and planet fitness has massage, tanning, and good cable weights for us old folks. But the the YMCA has the big clean pool.

You Can! although currently our Youth Volleyball programs are on hold due to COVID (youth sports will return in the Fall of 2021) and groups have not returned to the YMCA facility gym for adults yet.
The YMCA does not have any housing services and I am unable to answer your question. I will refer you to our neighbors, Northwest Seasonal Workers Association, as they provide support for farm workers and their families.
It depends and best to go in or call and see what kind of assistance they have to offer.
always good to work on mobility
Starting at age 10
You can purchase a daily pass I believe it is $5 for the day I would call and ask the front desk tomorrow
