I just stopped by riding the TransAm. I didn't need anything but the staff and two shop dogs were so friendly and offered me water and conversation. This store looked well stocked and the staff were focused and attentive.

The chain broke on my 8 speed yesterday. I ride my bike everyday, obviously I wasn't thrilled by this. I called Red Barn Bicycles a few minutes before they were going to close, they waited until I got there and put a new chain on my bike for a very reasonable price! Excellent customer service!! I highly recommend this business.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon 20 minutes before closing, they already had a fellow bike tourist in with his woes. They couldn’t have been more pleasant, professional and accommodating to my service needs. They went over and above to make sure my bike was ready to go. I’ve been cycling 30 years now and been in a good number of shops in many states and am truly impressed by this crew. Don’t be fooled by the name and location, this is a good shop.
