Turning Point has been the answer to prayer. They have done more for our family member in 3 weeks than we have been able to do in 4 years. They have equipped our loved one with the tools to be self-aware, understand the impact of mental illness, deal with past trauma, and have the enthusiasm to make positive decisions. Just wow!!!

This is a little long but please read if you're serious about your recovery and read the bad reviews because there's a lot truth them. Its been several months to leave this review because shortly after leaving I relapsed and left with no relapse prevention plan. Ive been in recovery a while and that is huge part of discharge. Marie should not have a license. In fact days before I left she wrote up a suicide prevention plan, for me not with me, that didnt come until 2 weeks after our session on it and only a couple days before I was leaving. When she called me into her office to sign it she was shaking and got very aggressive and told I would get kicked if I didnt sign and she would lose her job. Im not exaggerating that. She yelled at me in front of other clients after another staff member asked why I wasn't depressed and I told her it was because of Marie. When I called my insurance company to find a new center she must have been listening to my call because she's took the phone away and said it was stressing me out. It stressed me to make that call then told me I could have ot back the next day, when they were closed. This is just a few things I want through there and the last 3 weeks left worse than when I went in. Marie told me I have c-PTSD and still pulled all this on me. She did a good job covering it up in my discharge to make it look bad on me, shes the therapist who are people going to believe ya know and the other therapists jumped on her side. I dont know what I did to make this lady hate me but she won. If I could afford am attorney I would have sued them. If you love or are the person looking for treatment I HIGHLY suggest to go somewhere else. Phoenix and Reflections or Wasatch if you dont want 12 step are great places, go there.

I’m extremely grateful I chose to come here. This was my second treatment and I researched several others places. This one stood out and within a day or so I knew I made the right choice. Wonderful and genuinely caring staff that helped cultivate an exceptionally therapeutic, healing environment. It really made a difference thus far, I currently in their day treatment. I highly recommend this facility to those who ARE serious about their recovery and are willing to work for it. In my experience many of the negative reviews are for those who blatantly broke rules and were discharged for good reason. The only rules are ones that anyone with common courtesy and sense would follow. Once again, I had a great and memorable experience at Turning Point’s Bell Canyon location.

You can get a test at any Intermountain facility such as Alta View Hospital. https://intermountainhealthcare.org/health-wellness-promotion/pandemics/covid/get-testing/ You could also do a rapid test over the counter, although the above test is more accurate. Most importantly, if you feel any symptoms we kindly ask you stay home for the well being of our residents.
