I brought my 07 jeep in because it was knocking and I told them just tell me what you think the knocking was, I kinda already knew the engine was to blame. I decided that I should just take it home and engine swap it, so I came in to pick it up and it never moved, so I went in and told them I am here to pick it up, they tried to charge me 160 dollars for a diagnostic inspection when I specifically told them to not do anything before talking to me, then I go out to get my car and the cars battery dead and won't start. Worst experience ever

Family has been going here for over 30 years even after moving to st george but after the last time not going back. new management is not customer friendly and after charging $1800 didn’t even fix the problem.

Took my car there two different times. They could not fix the problem. But, sure said they could, and sure took my money. They even recommended taking it to the dealer. Obviously, tire and oil monkeys don't know anything about fixing an engine. Don't trust this place to fix any engine issues. Going here was a 'Big O', waste of time!
