I believe crew needs to be 18, but talent can be whatever age the part requires.

You can audition for roles in plays appropriate for your age. Children pkay children roles.

Hello Maddie - We look at hiring ushers and spotlight operators as young as sixteen. Our floor and fly crew need to be eighteen.
