If you have time to wait, you don't need an ER. Call your doctor or instant care clinic. But any ER visit is always a few hours. They might even check you in as soon as you walk in, but you're still going to be there for hours.
It depends on the time of day. You can be there from 15 minutes to 3 hours. You can always call them personally and ask them what the waiting time is or you can look it up online.
