Thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the day of my appointment. No complaints about the facility, staff, or physicians. That said, after my appointment I found that I was sent 2 bills for just 1 appointment. It was just a regular checkup so it's not like the second bill was for a procedure or lab or anything. I called the billing department and they said that one bill was for the doctor and one was for the facility. I wasn't told up-front that there are 2 different bills and it seems unethical to charge this way since it's not like I can visit the doctor without also going to the facility. Feels like it's designed to work around insurance companies and pull more money directly from the patient. I'll avoid non-emergency visits in the future.

My boyfriend has been admitted to this hospital for 12 hours at this point! When we first arrived we specifically told them that if he over heats he will get sick and throw up! They are refusing to help him cool off in any way. Saying the AC doesn't work, refusing to give him ice packs because he is on a fluid restrictions! They are flat out violating his rights. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. Unfortunately so far it is worse than my local hospital that has the nickname casket view. At least there he would have gotten his cup of ice or his ice packs.

Was here on the 27th thru the 31 of August 2022. Was transfered down from Heber Valley Medical. This hospital is on the ball. Got here late Friday. Saturday they done a scope on me. Sunday they did a gallbladder surgery. I came in and I hurt extremely bad. They did everything they could to get me back on my feet. They cared. The nursing staff on the 8th floor was awesome. The surgical unit explained everything answered any questions and were kind, They tried to make sure I was always comfortable and dealt with my pain with compassion. Im glad They were taking care of me. And if 8 ever need help again I hope this is where I'll be.

Yes.
Thank you so much, ...knew a Rhett Butler but he didn't give a dam
There are so many variables, I don't even think an estimate is possible.
Yes, they have a guest house for some extended stay circumstances.
How long will a serious surgery be put off due to covid patients taking over all the icu beds???
I would check with medical records department. Hopefully this helps. Good luck
I'm sure they would, if you had a condition that needed an operation.
In the bottom of the new tower. Southwest side of the campus.
The bigger question is who is the hospital searching and why? But I would imagine if the hospital has a reason to search someone, they choose to do it behind close doors, so as to not cause a scene, patient privacy, etc.
If you have time to wait, you don't need an ER. Call your doctor or instant care clinic. But any ER visit is always a few hours. They might even check you in as soon as you walk in, but you're still going to be there for hours.
It is free and so is the valet service. They are not allowed to accept tips.
Also, overnight patients will typically get one free meal token to use for a guest for the duration of their stay.
Best think to do is ask the patient. If the patient is incapable of teling you. Then normally you need to prove relationship with the patient to the information desk that has information of everything happening in the hospital
They'll give you a tour if you go during normal business hours so you know where to park and where to go if you're going to deliver there.
Yes. I believe they are open 6am to 6pm
Call the general phone number they can direct you/transfer your call.
I've never had a personal experience with Blue, white, or pink slips, however from what I could find I think it really depends on the initial decision by the mental health professional doing their initial evaluation. Anywhere from days do weeks.
Most definitely. IHC accepts as far as I'm aware the most healthcare insurances in the entire nation if not the entire world. As I've been told by an employee that also has a company policy mandating they treat every single paitient that comes into their hospital
The radiology is to the south side of the emergency entrance then you turn right and walk down the hall a pace and turn left into the first hall you come to
