They don't do that at the DMV. There are driver's license offices in uccu building in East Bay Provo on second floor.
You can this at the Orem DLD, just off of I-15, Orem 800 North exit . The DMV deals exclusively with vehicle license, title, and registration. 759 N. 1370 W. Orem is the address.
Orem DMV is great! Just try to go before noon, it gets very busy after that.
