You can park for free (no parking meters) on Callowhill St or on Spring Garden St. Just make sure there are no No Parking signs where you want to park. If there are no spaces on these two streets then you can park in a residential neighborhood on N. 5th St or on a side street maybe half a mile away. Just make sure there are no signs that say Parking by Permit Only, or words to that effect.

There are lots nearby - within six blocks or so. We parked at one off of East 2nd and Filbert.

Street parking available all around the park. Some of the streets require muni meter parking (leave the stub in yiur dashboard) and some of the streets are free parking.
